You need to have an active TON wallet and connect it to the service. After connecting the wallet, an account is automatically created.
Why use Web3 method instead of regular email and password?
Because we are a Web3 service, and it's not just a trendy label. Using Web3 authorization through a wallet (currently supporting all TON Connect wallets) is part of our philosophy: decentralization, security, and control in the user's hands. This login method is more reliable than passwords because:
- • You don't need to remember or store passwords — the private key stays only with you;
- • We don't store your logins and passwords, so they can't be stolen from our servers;
- • Authorization goes through cryptographically secure signature — it's the Web3 standard.
How to buy Premium?
To purchase the Premium plan, you need to log into your account, open settings, and click on either of the buttons — either by the name of your current plan or the "Upgrade" button, and you'll be redirected to the pricing page.

What should I do if I lose access to my wallet?
Your wallet is your key to all Web3 services, including Tmail. We don't store your seed phrase, private keys, or other access credentials — and no one, including us, can recover your wallet. This is the power of decentralization: you alone control your access.
If you lose access and haven't saved your backup phrase — wallet recovery will be impossible. Therefore, make sure to save your recovery phrase in a secure place (preferably offline) and never share it with anyone 🛡️
